February 4th

Today we got to celebrate Briella’s Birthday at Mickey’s house in Toon town!! How amazing was it ?! AMAZING! Probably every child’s dream or even mine as an adult!

Alright, here’s the breakdown. It’s $350 for 90 minutes. Only 10 guests are able to join this private party (including infants). Strollers must be parked outside toon town area. We first got introduced to our party host & I completely forgot his name, but let me tell you he was super friendly and funny which honestly made this experience even more fun! He gave some history background to Mickey’s house and we played games while walking through Mickey’s house. He then led us to where you usually stand in line to meet Mickey and on the wall they had a display saying “Celebrate in Mickey’s Toon town Briella”. Mickey was standing in the corner ready for pictures. During this time I did feel a sense of rushing which I didn’t like but we were so overly excited we wanted the fun to keep going. There was a photographer during this entire time which was nice. They give you a photo card to scan on your phone through the app and you have access to all the photos to download directly to your phone.

Next, our host led us to a room where tables were decorated! It was SO CUTE and MAGICAL! The kids were having a blast by the way. We first started off with coloring party hats, along with playing some games all together. Then we decorated cupcakes which was the best part and sang to Briella! Time did go fast but the kids really enjoyed themselves. Once it is time to end, they gave us goodies like bingo and coloring pages. They also give everyone access to Gadget Go Coaster or any other ride for quick entry. We chose Gadget Go Coaster because that was the birthday girls request! We wrapped up our day after because we her birthday party to finish setting up for. We were pretty exhausted!

Overall, hands down the best opportunity to have at Disneyland. I am pretty bummed this was temporary and it ends March 2022. Toon town will close around this time as well and will be under construction until 2023.
