Did you know there’s a place you can make your own markers and crayons?!Believe it or not, this place is great for the kids and the staff is super friendly and helpful!Our experience at Lucky Art Crayonology was very fun and we definitely will be back!!They have a total of 4 rooms that have different hands on activities for the kids.
It is highly recommended to arrive at least 10 min prior to your slot time to check in & sign waivers. In the lobby they have big white boards for the kids to draw while waiting for the tour to begin.
The first room the instructor will talk about what markers are made of and a machine that creates markers.
The following room the instructor taught us how to create our own pinwheel.
The next room we were pretty excited for, especially the kids. We created our own markers in this room! They provided step by step instructions by watching a video of how we would be creating our very own markers!
The next room we were taught how to use a hand machine to create our crayons. Once again they provided a video how we would do so.
The kids loved that they were able to pick out the colors they wanted and choose out of the two shapes they had. During this time the kids could pick to make a heart or pumpkin.
Lastly, we learned how to use face painting supplies to create our own look on ourself! My son really got creative and did an awesome job for it being her first time.
They also have a snack bar, party room & gift shop which are very convenient while visiting this cool place!

Tip: This is a two hour tour and I would highly recommend this type of activity for children that are ages 3 and up.
